On Sunday the 7th of July from 10am – 5pm over 18 local gardens will be available to the public in Barlow – what a way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon!
Tickets £5 include maps and entry to them all, available from Church Farm Car Park – all proceeds to St Lawrence Church, so its great to know your supporting such a good Derbyshire cause.
Worried about getting too hot in the forecast heat this weekend? Don’t worry! Refreshments are available at some gardens or from church, the Tickled Trout, The Peacock at Barlow and Hackney House Cafe. The Tickled Trout is a personal favourite of ours, and does a cracking Sunday Lunch – you can find out more about that by clicking HERE.
The sun taking its tole? Not to worry, a taxi service will be available for runs from bus stops for weary legs!
We’d really recommend you visiting Barlow’s Open Gardens this weekend, check out its location via the map below!
We Are Derbyshire is a small and growing organisation that aims to become the hub for all Derbyshire goings on, we would love it if you visited our Homepage, which you can do by clicking HERE.
